We offer a truly authentic experience that will leave you with everlasting memories. When you visit our sushi spot, or the sushi spot visits you, you’ll meet our chef up close: watch her as she effortlessly creates mouthwatering finger foods.

Chef Sarah has learned from the best. After being traditionally trained by Jo Knai in 2011, she moved on to work for Iron Chef, Morimoto and has run multiple sushi bars from Big Sur, California to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With her traditional Japanese foundation, Sarah has raised the bar with some unique combinations using only the freshest ingredients.

With awareness of our earth and oceans, she aims to supply our customers with sustainable options over the typical norm.
